Our tasting room experience showcases the varieties of grapes we grow and the weather during each growing season. Because we chose to be licensed by the Federal Government, in 1982, as an Estate Winery we can use only the grapes we grow on our property to make our wines. Thus, all of our wines are truly Appellation Finger Lakes / Cayuga Lake!
Here you can learn about our various methods of winemaking as well as walk in the vineyard. Tours are available when one of the owners is available. Tour or not, you’ll learn about wine-growing and making wine while talking with our professional hosts.
Walk-ins and Reservations
We welcome walk-ins. Reservations are not required for groups of 6 or fewer. For groups of more than 6, please call ahead to find out if we can accommodate you at that time.
We provide individual attention but have limited space. So, to accommodate visitors waiting to enjoy the space and view here, your time may be limited to one-hour.

Traditional Tasting
Our Traditional Tasting lets you choose five wines for $8. This is a 1-oz pour of each wine, sequentially, in the same glass. We serve cubes of local artisan bread to refresh your palate in-between tasting each wine. The Traditional Tasting in available only in the Tasting Room.
Flights
Flights of four wines; each one is in its own glass so you can compare four wines side by side. This provides time, and more wine in each glass for you to taste differences. The Flights we offer are: Dry Red, Dry White, Sweet wines – or – you can choose any four wines from our list to customize your own Flight. The prices for flights vary from $15 to $17 depending on your choice. If you want to complement your Flight, we have local artisan cheeses, charcuterie along with pita crackers or gluten free crackers. They are available for purchase here.
Have a Glass of Wine
Savor a glass of wine on the covered deck while enjoying the view of the Vineyard and Cayuga Lake. We do not sell bottles of wine for consumption on premise – i.e. at the winery or anywhere on our property.
Due to our limited space, if people are waiting to sit on the deck your time may be limited to one hour.
Private Tastings
In 2024 we will continue to accept a limited number of reservations for private tastings and tour, if desired, for groups of 8 or more on days we are not open to the general public. This opportunity is based on several factors including the availability of an owner to conduct the tasting.
