Garnet color. Classic bouquet of spice, leather, and violets. Rich, elegant taste. Dry: 0% residual sugar.
 
 
2010 Proprietor's Reserve   15   144
This favorite at Frontenac has elements of currents, cherries, and mint in the bouquet and taste. A blend of three of the four red grapes we grow here. Serve with cheese, chicken, pasta, or red meat. Dry: 0% residual sugar.
 
 
2008 Chambourcin   15   144
This vintage has a bouquet of cherry tobacco and mint. The full body and tannin will let this wine develop a more lingering finish with age. Pair with chicken, pasta, or red meat. Dry: 0% residual sugar.
 
 
Stay Sail Red   14   134
A blend of Chambourcin and Maréchal Foch created this rich, full-bodied wine which will continue to mature for at least 10 years. Distinctive bouquet of cherry, chocolate, and strawberry. 100% whole-cluster pressed Chambourcin. Barrel fermented and aged for 18 months. Crisp, with fruit flavors of cherry and raspberry. Hints of oak. Will continue to develop for at least two more years.
