2013 Proprietor’s Reserve
Plums and blackberry bouquet.  A blend of Chambourcin, Chelois and Maréchal Foch.  Balanced tannins and fruit with a hint of vanilla.  Clean finish.  Serve with steak, vegetarian meals, or turkey.

2017 Maréchal Foch – Barrel Select

Clos Frontenac
Semi-sweet rosé from free-run juice of Chambourcin grapes.  Cranberry and black cherry bouquet alongside tastes of strawberry and cinnamon.  Complements roast turkey, pork, and spicy cuisine.

Stay Sail Rosé
100% whole-cluster pressed Chambourcin.  Barrel fermented and aged for 18 months.  Crisp, with fruit flavors of cherry and raspberry.  Hints of oak. Will continue to develop for at least two more years.  Perfect dry aperitif or drink with spicy hors d’oeuvres.

Description Residual Sugar Bottle Case
2009 Chardonnay
Delicate floral notes.  Lavender, lychee, and lime in the bouquet.  Un-oaked yet still buttery from the malolactic fermentation.  Serve with duck, Cayuga Lake trout, and smoked fish.

Méthode Champenoise
Méthode Champenoise is the traditional French process to make champagne.  Individually fermented in the bottle to produce classic Brut.  This vintage is 100% Chambourcin grapes and is Rosé Champenoise.  Delicate raspberry aroma.  Fine-bubble texture.  Lingering finish.  Available to taste only by the full flute.

IWW
Finally a new bottling of one of our most popular wines is available!  IWW is a blend of Vignoles, Vidal Blanc, and Seyval Blanc grapes from our vineyard.  A tasty sipping wine, good to serve with fish. This is the only one of our wines that has a screw-top so there’s no battling a cork to open it!
